Delete your Pici AI account

You can deactivate your account and remove its access in the app or by submitting a request from this page. You do not need to reinstall the app.

Option 1 — Delete in the app

  1. Open Pici AI and sign in to the account.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
  3. Review the warning and confirm Delete.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

Send the pre-filled request below from the email associated with your account. Include your account email or User ID and login method so we can verify ownership. Guest users may include the User ID shown in Profile → Settings.

If the button does not open your email app, email [email protected] with the subject “Pici AI account deletion request.”

What happens to your account

After verification, the account is marked as deleted and can no longer access the service. Account, generation, credit, subscription, payment, security, and dispute records may be retained where reasonably needed to operate the service or meet legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, and security obligations.

Account deactivation is irreversible. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and will notify you if applicable law or a complex request requires more time.

Subscriptions must be canceled separately

Deleting your Pici AI account does not automatically cancel a Google Play or Apple subscription. Cancel it first in your app-store subscription settings to prevent future renewal charges. Store transaction records may be retained by Google, Apple, or us where required for billing, tax, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
